**Bid Coordinator**
GP Strategies is seeking an ambitious individual with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for document design and editing to join our central bid team. As Bid Coordinator, you’ll work on a diverse range of proposals that include digital learning, moving image and even virtual reality
The Bid Team supports GP Strategies Learning Experience division in preparing winning proposals. Working as part of our creative Bid Team, you will be responsible for preparing and editing our high-quality proposal documentation, preparing presentations, and maintaining our internal knowledge base.

- You know how to plan your time in order to deliver against a deadline

- You have first rate English language skills and understand how to craft a compelling piece of messaging
- You’re design-savvy, ideally with experience in creating attractive documents in PowerPoint and Word
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team, responding to individual requests in a positive, timely manner and liaising with a wide range of colleagues across the world
- You have excellent interpersonal skills - confident and able to progress chase to ensure that deadlines are met
**What you’ll be doing every day**
- Completing PQQs, ITTs and RfPs in collaboration with sales teams
- Assembling, formatting and proofing bid documentation
- Copywriting
- Collating and producing written content for proposals
- Assisting with compiling responses to technical questionnaires
- Writing compelling case studies for inclusion in proposals
- Working with the sales team to help develop client presentations
- Co-ordinating the proposal creation process and ensuring deadlines are met
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the department from time to time.
You’ll be either working remotely or hybrid out of our Brighton office.
