**Core Productivity Power Platforms Specialist - Crawley - Permanent - Oil & Gas**

One of our long-standing Oil & Gas partners are looking for a **Core Productivity Power Platforms Specialist.** The specialist for Microsoft Office 365 Power Platforms is responsible for implementing, maintaining, governing,and promoting the consumption of Power Platforms and Dynamics workloads.

You will provide excellent service to internal customers and have experience sustaining the entire Power Platforms service while collaborating with other technical teams to deliver successful projects within the platform. Strong understanding in securityrelated to Microsoft collaboration platforms is highly desirable. You will be working closely with the Core Productivity Platforms Manager and Governance team.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop, deliver, maintain and ensure adherence to a governance model around the usage of the Power Platform and Dynamics including but not limited to:

- Establishing a strategy to govern the platform
- Devise standards and procedures dictating how the platform is to be consumed
- Conduct webcasts/presentations to familiarize user base with new governance model and ensure their understanding and drive compliant user adoption
- Build and maintain contacts with internal customers to create long lasting, successful relationships
- Hold meetings with internal customers and technical teams to discuss their requirements and prepare reports or presentations that set out their recommendations
- Responsible for being an SME within Power Platform and Dynamics, liaising with the design and architecture teams to ensure a high level of service is provided
- Define and implement roll-out plans for Power Platform/Dynamics related features released within the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Establish and manage Power Platform and Dynamics champion networks
- Author documentation, reports, papers, articles, patents, and presentations for purposes of training and knowledge sharing purposes

**Experience and Competencies**:

- Bachelor's (or equivalent industrial experiences) degree in science or engineering with software experience or education
- Minimum 2years' experience and development practices with Power Platforms:

- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Dataverse
- Power BI
- Dynamics
- Familiarity with governance practices and strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft collaboration platform technology
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office 365 tenant administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 workload implementation and administration - Teams, SharePoint Online, Stream, Yammer, etc
- Experience with agile software development practices, specifically the Scrum Agile paradigm
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Azure Platform
- Minimum 2 years'.NET Development/DEVOps experience
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash
