Painter & Decorator

We are recruiting a Painter and Decorator to join our Estates Management Team at our stunning Shorefield Country Park (Milford-on-Sea, Lymington, Hants SO41 0LH).

The role will involve carrying out painting and decorating across the park’s holiday homes, grounds and facilities and you will be required to visit other holiday parks within the group from time to time to carry out similar works.

Reporting to the Estates Manager the ideal applicant will have proven experience in this field, will be able to work alone as well as being a team player as this role often involves interaction with other trades/departments.

Whilst the role will be predominantly painting and decorating we would ideally seek someone who is able to help out with basic general maintenance if the need arises.

You will be responsible for the ordering of paint and ancillary items and maintain a stock of the most common items used associated with the painting and decorating function.

**Our requirements**:

- You must hold a full driving licence (clean preferred) as a van will be provide for use whilst on park and travelling between them.

This is a permanent position working 25.50 hours per week over 3 days, weekend working and bank holidays may be necessary if the business requires.

Rate of pay - £18148.63 per year, monthly paid.
