What we are looking for

Ness Plant are looking for a driven individual to join our current team and help support our growing business.

As a Parts Specialist you will be a key member of our aftersales team. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and fulfilling retail customer orders via traditional over the counter sales and processing orders from our online store.

Knowledge of agricultural, construction or vehicle parts of identification systems would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

What we are looking for in the successful applicant is they have an outgoing personality, great telephone manner, IT literate, self-motivated, able work under their own initiative and integrate with our existing team, have a proactive approach to customer service and who will enjoy the challenge of supporting our continually growing business.

A full driving licence or the ability demonstrate that you are learning to drive is essential for this position.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm along with occasional overtime for depot cover, holiday cover and trade shows.

**Salary**: £10.00-£16.00 per hour
