Maths Tutor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing educational support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong tutoring skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Knowledge of different teaching methods and techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £18.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
