**In the Senior HR Advisor job, you will be**:

- Advising and supporting managers with grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management and performance management
- Assisting managers with HR procedures and challenge any non-compliance
- Building and maintaining strong productive relationships with line managers and attend appropriate meetings as required
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation
- Processing all current, starters, leavers and update employee data on the HR system
- Maintaining personnel records for all employees - starters, leavers, department transfers, time and attendance etc.
- Delivering on Recruitment, Induction & On-boarding, employee terms and conditions of employment, benefits and related processes
- Following Health & Safety procedures to maintain standards and comply with policies

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Previous HR experience, managing discipline, grievance, capability, and other related HR functions
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
- Knowledge of HR best practice
- The ability to influence and coach at all levels
- Strong communication, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- The ability to deal effectively with issues of a sensitive nature, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Excellent ICT skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office and other bespoke computerised management systems

This is a permanent role working full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be occasions when additional hours will be required to fulfil the needs of the business which will be provided back in lieu.

You'll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay with a salary range of £28k - £38k depending on skills and experience.
