**Position**: Quality Assurance Technologist
- **Salary**: £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on level of experience
- **Location**: Lancing, West Sussex
- **Hours**: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

We are looking for QA Technologists to join a fun, busy and growing product driven business in the Lancing area as part of their Quality Assurance team where you’ll work alongside the New Product NPD and product test teams.

There are two roles available dependent on your level of previous experience, a QA Technologist role and a QA Senior Technologist role. The positions involve:

- Management of the testing on customer multiple accounts
- Attending customer meetings to ensure product compliance
- Requesting, checking and filing test reports from manufacturers
- Administration of the critical path on own accounts
- Undertaking and owning risk assessments relating to product and retailer’s requirements
- Advising on correct warnings and symbols for product packaging, instruction manuals and labels
- Ensure customer / supplier complaints and enquiries are effectively handled
- Preparing team training programmes

You’ll need experience in Quality Assurance in a product based company such as a product manufacturer or distributor or within FMCG, Retail or Gift sectors.

This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. The salary is between £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on previous experience.
