**Job Title**:Handyperson

**Reporting To**:Site Manager

**Location**: Omagh

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (some weekend work maybe required)

**The Job**
- Repair and maintenance of building fixtures and fittings.
- Installation inspections and diagnosing faults.
- General carpentry, tiling and plumbing.
- Painting and decorating.
- Carry out general works, both internal and external associated with all aspects of building maintenance
- Liaise with Site Manager and other team members, completing tasks as and when they are required.

**The Requirements**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Valid Driving Licence
- Knowledge of workplace safety and welfare.
- Experience using power tools and machinery.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- CSR Card
