Aberdeen, United Kingdom Boozy Events Full time

Boozy Events is an award-winning virtual drinks experience provider, named as Elevators Business Success under 5 years old and a finalist for Global StartUp of the Year in the National StartUp Awards.

Boozy Events host virtual events for companies located around the world for team-building, entertainment, client engagements and more. Our customers are companies of all industries, and sizes, including the likes of Amazon, Google, KPMG, and Microsoft.

For this role, you will host online interactive cocktail-making experiences from our Aberdeen-based studio. We strive to provide a second-to-none experience for our clients and we understand that what makes a great entertainer is when they can be themselves, therefor we encourage our mixologists to bring their own personality to the events and make them enjoyable for the client and themselves.
- Punctual & organised.
- Outgoing.
- Creative.
- Able to reliably travel to Aberdeen.

You will be responsible for:

- Creating drinks and instructing our clients teams how to make them from behind the bar in our fully-equipped streaming studio.
- Speaking with guests about the drinks and "reading the room" to tailor your class to the group.
- Cleaning down after the class.
- Being a reliable key-holder for the studio.

This could be a great opportunity to supplement your existing income with workday evening work, but there are options for progression into a full-time role which may involve other roles within the company.

Most events are held on Thursday evenings between 4pm and 11pm, it's actually rare to have an event on a weekend. Having your own transport or means to reliably get to the studio are a must.

Our company is an accredited living wage employer, meaning everyone no matter the role will earn at least the national living wage or higher.

For this role compensation is provided (1) per-event which works out to between £40 and £60 per hour and (2) at National Living Wage for any dwell time, extensions or secondary work.

A resume is not required, but please let us know why you'll be great for this role and inform us of relevant experience.
