First Choice are recruiting on behalf of our Ossett based employee focused client, for a Customer Service advisor for their Stock Control department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To receive, check, enter and confirm orders
- To monitor consignment progress at manufacturer for dispatch, arrange freight: If required, prepare all export documentation as required.
- Record stock receipts and sales.
- Arrange transfer of stock to relevant warehouse to keep quantities to a pre-arranged minimum.
- Record all activities accurately on all relevant packages, ensuring to report and rectify any discrepancies
- To interpret and analyse information, in addition to being able to use systems for reporting purposes.
- Ensure that work is prioritised in accordance with Customer Demand
- Be proactively responsive to customer need and Plant production capability
**Hours of work**
This is working a basic 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday. However due to the nature of this role you will need to demonstrate a certain amount of flexibility.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
