Our Governors and pupils are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated **full-time permanent** **Teaching and Learning Assistant** to work at our happy and successful school.

The salary will be Grade 7 (point 8)

Your duties will include:

- Working in the role of ‘general’ class TA
- Leading intervention groups (including phonics)
- Working with individual children

We are looking for a practitioner who:

- Loves working with children and puts their wellbeing first
- Has the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Is motivated and passionate to achieve the very best for the children in our care and make a genuine difference
- Uses their own initiative to assess and evaluate pupils’ needs
- Has experience of working in KS1, in particular in the delivery of phonics teaching.
