Our Abercynon facility is located in the beautiful South Wales Valleys. As part of the Power Electronics division featuring the AB Connectors brand, we are a recognised market leader in the design and manufacture of connectors and electrical harness systems used in harsh environments for aerospace and defence, transportation and industrial industries. We employ 160 people and with over 50 years of history, TT Electronics plays a vital part in the Abercynon community. Our future looks brighter than ever, with new products being launched and a strong development roadmap to support our growth strategy.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
**Introduction**

Due to an increase in production volumes, we require a number of Operators to join our Production Assembly teams on a temporary contract.

**Duties**:

- Work to Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Run Production proccesses as instructed whilst maintaining productivity and quality levels at the required standard.
- Accurately complete documentation as required to record production and quality data.
- Follow housekeeping rules and maintain a clean and tidy work area.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
**Additional Information**

You will be required to work within a team but also unsupervised to meet deadlines. You will need to be flexible as depending on production volumes you may be moved betwee production departments.

In addition to this, all successfull applicants will be required to undergo and pass a Baseline Personal Security check.

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm
- Friday 7.30am to 12.15pm
