HR Graduate

We are currently looking for a people focused HR Graduate, with a hands-on approach to join our HR team in Cookstown to:
**THE ROLE**
- Play an active role in recruitment/selection and onboarding process
- Responding to daily queries and escalating to the HR Business Partner where necessary
- Support with employee relation issues
- Maintain and develop our HR systems and continually seek opportunities to improve, while all the time ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date
- Support and actively collaborate on our People Initiatives and Values across the site
- Proactively focus on enhancing our Employee Brand, promoting diversity, inclusion and engagement

**HAVE I GOT WHAT IT TAKES**
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and HR computer packages
- Team Player with a positive and proactive approach who can also work independently to a high standard to meet deadlines
- Flexible, hands-on approach with the drive and ability to provide support to a multi shift business
