**Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;**
**Highways Operations, carry out works and manage a team of operatives and supply chain partners to effectively deliver highway maintenance services including but not limited to; reactive maintenance to modular and asphalt footways and carriageway, street furniture, street lighting including installations, tree planting and maintenance, drainage, minor structure repairs and maintenance, winter maintenance and planned works.**

**Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;**
- **To plan, carry out works and manage a team of operatives and supply chain partners to effectively deliver highway maintenance services including but not limited to; reactive maintenance to modular and asphalt footways and carriageway, street furniture, street lighting including installations, tree planting and maintenance, drainage, minor structure repairs and maintenance, winter maintenance and planned works.**:

**HEA Maintenance and Installation Operative.**

**Experience required;**
**Steady work record with experience in a supervisory or highways maintenance role**
**Proven experience in highly skilled Highways Electrical operative role,**
**Experience leading multiple teams carrying out reactive maintenance to modular and asphalt footways and carriageway, street furniture, street lighting including installations, tree planting and maintenance, drainage, minor structure repairs and maintenance, winter maintenance and planned works.**
**Experience operating a HIAB, lorry loader, Minimum HEA Maintenance and Installation Operative.**
