Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Reinstatement Supervisor to work on our Welsh Water contract across South & West Wales.

As the Reinstatement Supervisor you will assist the Senior Supervisor and Area Manager. Ensure all works relating to R&M, Noticing and Reinstatement activities are delivered. Achieving the required level of service complying with contractual KPI’s, KRA’s and NRSWA.

As the Reinstatement Supervisor you will be promoting and identifying improvement initiatives within the department. Drive consistent processes and liaising with area managers and key stakeholders. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

You will be monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Ensure processes are followed to close completed works accurately within the agreed business systems to enable swift cash collection. Make certain robust processes are in place to manage fittings/materials/stock levels. To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions. Comply with all health and safety legislation.

You will need to participate as and when required in appropriate meetings, and to undertake, courses/training, which is relevant to the role. Ensure during employment, complete confidentiality is maintained in respect of the company, its dealings, transactions, affairs and all other information relating to the clients, participants, associates, staff etc.

Do you hold a current driving licence? You will need to hold one to be considered for this role.

SSSTS Site Supervisors safety training scheme

EUSR Water Hygiene (not essential)

Do you have good SROH Knowledge?
