We're looking for an experienced, friendly and professional mobile cleaner supervisor to join our team, helping to take care of sites both in and outside of Lincoln.

20 hours per week. Mon-fri

Job Title: Mobile Cleaner

Reports to: Contracts Manager

Job Purpose: To provide efficient and effective supervision and cleaning to workplaces. Ensure that that the cleanliness and general appearance of the building is maintained in accordance with the required standards and specific site requirements.

Delivering stock, monitoring standards, conducting audits, cleaning, training staff and supervising.
Operating cleaning equipment safely and using products as instructed.
Maintaining tidy and organised work spaces and storage areas
Checking equipment / machinery used.
Ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to.
Carry out routine administrative tasks. These may be in paper or electronic form.

There may be particular duties other than those given above. The particular duties and responsibilities attached to posts may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibilities entailed. Such variations are a common occurrence and would not themselves justify the re-evaluation of the post. In cases, however, where a permanent and substantial change in duties and responsibilities of the post occurs, consistent with a higher level of responsibility, then the post would be eligible for re-evaluation

Criteria

Right to work in the UK

Ability to carry out general cleaning duties as detailed in the Job description

Able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Have a full, clean driving licence.
