The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth is seeking a Casual Hotel Receptionist**..**

**_As a Hotel Receptionist, your main role will be:_**
- Delivering excellent customer service to our 135 bedrooms-worth of guests
- Manage all requests we get from guests in a helpful & professional manner
- Contribute fairly to the teams workload on each shift to ensure seamless service for each guest
- Previous hotel reception experience in a hotel environment using Opera PMS
- Excellent problem solving & multi-tasking skills
- Confidence, professionalism and an engaging personality
- Exceptional attention to detail & a passion for the industry

The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth, is located in the heart of the bustling city centre and provides glorious views over Britain’s “Ocean City”. The hotel offers 135 guest rooms, ranging from Standard, Club and Deluxe. Club room guests can benefit from luxury toiletries, a daily newspaper, bathrobe and slippers, and a mini bar stocked with complimentary soft drinks. The club package also includes additional privileges, including early check-in and late check-out, and a Club Guest Rewards voucher for 2 complimentary drinks and bar snacks during your stay.

Bentley’s Brasserie offers an informal atmosphere and a menu that focuses on sourcing the very best in local produce. The Gallery Bar is open daily and offers light snacks, afternoon tea and cold beverages.
