We are looking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level to support our growing employment practice with a focus on working with respondent clients in the private sector, ranging from multinational companies to SMEs. The role will involve working with clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters, often with an international flavour. You can expect to run matters independently, or with support from a supervising partner. The role will also involve supervision of junior lawyers.

**Person specification**

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in contentious and non-contentious work, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide practical, commercial advice in a straightforward manner are essential. You should also have an enquiring mind, be attentive to detail, and have a willingness to accept new challenges. A willingness to attend marketing and social events organised by the firm or its clients or professional organisations is also required.
