We are looking for a **Sales Advisor** to join our team in **North Wales** _Fantastic competitive salary plus commission_

This is a **permanent** position to work **full time** hours. The hours will be across 5 days to include weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Sales Advisor will
- Meet and greet potential customers on resort.
- Conduct resort and holiday home tours.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor After Sales queries from current holiday home owners.
- Establish an effective working relationship with the sales team and owners.
- Arrange appointments, handle telephone calls, answer online queries.
- Monitor and ensure the development of part exchange opportunities.

- Right to Live and work in the UK

**Desired Criteria**
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
- Previous Sales experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred
