Fast growing international business have a newly created opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Board of Directors initially on a 12 month interim contract basis. Royston based with hybrid working (max. 2 days per week office based).

**Executive Assistant (Interim) - Job Overview**
- Coordination of ad hoc and annual Board meetings
- Manage agenda and preparation of materials for meetings
- Minute taking, maintain action logs with managed follow up’s
- Diary management
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Accommodation and expenses
- Assist with gathering and reformatting of data to anonymize information
- Obtaining and loading contracts and updating records
- Reviewing non-financial information content and cross referencing / checking information

**Executive Assistant (Interim) - Required Skills and Experience**
- Board level EA experience
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Ability to manage relationships
- Project management skills
