**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will hold a pivotal role in recruiting learners to help them enhance their strengths and job skills. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting learners, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and guiding them through areas of development. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support to ensure they are aware of employment and training opportunities for securing sustainable employment.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Providing personalised guidance and support to learners, identifying areas for development, and offering strategies for improvement.
- Offering comprehensive support to learners to ensure they are aware of employment and training opportunities available to them for securing sustainable employment.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline recruitment processes and improve learner outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities and learner progress.
- Provide career information, advice and guidance on a one-to-one and group session basis.
- Responsible for directing, assessing and evaluating skills growth & personal growth.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous experience in recruitment, education, or related fields preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for supporting individuals in reaching their full potential in the workforce.You’ll be passionate to support young people and adults to achieve their fullest potential, no matter what their background, starting point or situation
- You’ll have the ability to develop and maintain key account management systems and processes.
- You’ll have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, managing various projects and working across a range of funding streams.
- Experience supporting individual learners through an active programme of skills coaching.
- To be organised and prepared for all learner interventions, work to specific priority deadlines.

Learner focussed - they are your priority - with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work on your own remotely (most of the time) but contribute to team/organisational improvements
