**Salary is £35,000 per annum.**

Following a recent curriculum restructure an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Learning Lead for Small Animal Studies has arisen.

The focus on this new role is ‘learning’, the heart of our business. As a Senior Learning Lead, you will be expected to undertake a caseload of teaching/learning to ensure that you can lead learning with authenticity and credibility with current experience in the field. As a Senior Learning Lead, you will be responsible for providing outstanding operational direction, efficiency and effectively leading and managing staff, setting high expectations for the area and sharply focusing on the quality of the learner journey.

For this role it is essential that you have knowledge and experience of delivering good or better teaching, learning and assessment. A degree/professional/higher qualification or equivalent and full teaching qualification are also required.
