**We are currently recruiting for part time position **5 weekly working hours **with a starting salary of £23,184 (pro-rata), this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 (pro-rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 discretionary performance related bonus.**

You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**
- The role is based in our Barrow In Furna branch.
- This is a part time role working 5 hours across Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm
- If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
