A fantastic mainstream Secondary school located in the Borough of Haringey are currently searching for a proactive and hardworking individual to join their inclusion support team. As a behaviour support assistant, you will be working with pupils in KS3 and KS4 who find it hard to regulate their feelings and emotions, and consequently, display outbursts of challenging behaviour.

As a pastoral and behaviour support assistant, you will be assisting the pupils both inside & outside the classroom. You will be creating and devising a mentoring programme to assist the pupils with managing their behaviour as well as working on a 1:1 and small group basis.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Pastoral and behaviour support assistant
- Working in Secondary School
- Working in the inclusion support team
- Provide support on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting pupils inside and outside the classroom
- ASAP start
- £85 - £100 per day
- Located in the London Borough of Haringey

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Good academics: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
- Must have previous experience with challenging behaviours
- A good understanding of SEN is required
- Must be patient and calm in nature
- Must be able to commit to the entire academic year
- Previous experience with ASD, ADHD, EBD is advantageous
