**About the role**

We have an exciting opening for a **Marketing Communication Executive** to join our Corporate Communications team, looking after our Lead replacement programme project activity for the Water Directorate. The role is varied and exciting, seeking to work with the full marketing mix to deliver integrated marketing communication campaigns to our customers.

We’re looking for you to deliver brand and product/service marketing strategies, including the planning, co-ordinating and delivering a high quality, measurable, integrated campaign and supporting the business with a one stop shop, end to end marketing communications service. You’ll be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Marketing, External and Employee Communication teams, helping deliver on a variety of business objectives and targets that meet the needs of our customers.

You’ll be delivering a range of communication activity that engages, educates, and inspires our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, through the creation of high quality, audience appropriate written and digital content across a range of channels. We’re looking for you to develop and deliver a marketing strategy, providing a one stop shop for all marketing activity, including advertising campaigns and where appropriate, PR, media, digital and social media, and internal communications.

This means you will be delivering the marketing strategy which will ensure that all activity is aligned to the project priorities, objectives, and targets. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to proactively identify opportunities which will enhance the programme whilst managing the project budget.

**About you**

We’re looking for you to be a brand ambassador for NWG, communicating clear brand guidelines to all areas of the business.

It’s important for you to have a proven experience in marketing strategy, and an understanding and experience of marketing tactics and delivery. This means you’ll have an awareness and understanding of all marketing channels. You will be required to deliver regular reports that measure the marketing activity to inform messaging and tactics.

You’ll be results driven and motivated to solve problems, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to do this. You’ll have strong organisational skills to ensure that we achieve deadlines.

In addition, you’ll always can plan and balance conflicting priorities and demonstrate flexibility.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: Up to £41,141.00 per year
