Our client is looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to join their highly regarded team based in the centre of Handforth village in Cheshire.
- or part-time position. The firm will also consider newly qualified solicitors if they have undertaken a seat in private client work or gained experience as a paralegal.

The role offers great flexibility and you will be able to work from home for 50% of the time (2-3 days per week as per a rota system). In addition, the firm is centrally located just five minutes’ walk from the local train station and there is also free parking available for those wanting to drive to work.

You will advise on a mixed caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate management and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

The firm is highly specialised, providing only private client and property legal (both domestic and commercial) services to a Cheshire client base.

Kelly is an Associate Director and Private Client Team Lead at Realm. Working exclusively within private client, contentious probate and court of protection recruitment, she works with law firms of all sizes across the North West and Yorkshire, from private client boutiques to multi-service national firms. Kelly’s in-depth market knowledge and contacts enable her to match private client solicitors with the right firms and roles for them.
