Are you a top-notch receptionist with excellent communication and customer service skills who is looking for a role with a company where you will be thoroughly trained and be part of a friendly team?

If so, we have a fantastic Receptionist role that may be perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic and successful client, based in north Derbyshire who are looking for a temporary receptionist on an ad-hoc basis to cover planned holidays and unplanned sickness. You will meet and greet customers face to face as well as allaspects of enquiries and call handling. The role will also entail liaising with sales, customer service staff and customers to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills, ideally previous reception and admin
- Approachable and passion for customer service
- Flexible approach to work with good diary management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- General computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge and experience with CRMs

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Welcoming all visitors, ensuring all guests are signed into the welcome book
- Updating all course and meeting attendance
- Ensuring materials are kept in stock
- Keeping reception areas neat and tidy
- Answering all calls with a professional manner
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring data accuracy is to the highest standard
- Contacting customers on waiting lists, no shows and offer next training dates
- Managing incoming and out bound mail, taking deliveries and distributing mail as needed
- Promoting training and brand awareness
- Providing an excellent customer service

**Salary & Working Hours**

Salary is £9.50 per hour, Monday - Friday
