We are a boutique, independent, family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are currently recruiting for a casual Restaurant Host/Hostess 20 to 30 hours week

**The role of **Restaurant Host** **will involve**:

- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Monitoring Daily reservations.
- Taking reservations.
- Serving food and beverages when required
- Ensuring customer satisfaction all times.

**Requirements for** **Restaurant Host**:

- Previous experience in a similar or customer facing role is a must
- All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
- An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
- Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
