The Activity Leader role at Bayswater Education has core responsibility for:

- Plan, lead and supervise interesting and fun daytime and evening activities for our students.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of students during activities and excursions in accordance with Bayswater’s Safeguarding and H&S policies and procedures.
- Optimise student engagement with our social programme with effective promotion of all events.
- Provide information to the students at points of interest, giving learning opportunities where possible during excursions and visits to places of interest.
- Provide a fun, engaging and exciting experience for our students visiting the UK.
- Lead groups of students aged 16 and over on activities, excursions, and visits to museums/attractions.
- Capture engaging photos and videos of students participating in activities and excursions.
- Edit photos and videos to create content for the school's Instagram Reels, posts, and stories.
Maintaining a consistent visual style and messaging that aligns with the school's brand.
- Meet groups on arrival at airports.
- Liaise with the team of Bayswater staff and Group Leaders at the centre and develop a friendly and co-operative atmosphere.
- Assist the Student Services Team with administrative tasks.
- Act in a professional manner with all Bayswater agents, clients, and staff and not to engage in any activity which may bring Bayswater into disrepute.

**Knowledge, qualifications, and experience**
- Desirable_
- Experience of working with groups of international students taking part in educational and/or activity programme’s
- Solid knowledge of safeguarding
- Experience of safeguarding of children/young people
- Experience of working in a team
- Current First Aid certificate
