My client is well established within the care sector and is looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager to commission their latest refurbished nursing home whilst maintaining the high standards embedded throughout their values and services. The home isa purpose-built care facility to meet the needs of its service users and has 16 beds.
- Salary - Up to £63,000
- Hours - 40 hours Monday to Friday with on call requirements
- Area - located near to Tipton, West Midlands
- Permanent position
**Responsibilities - Registered Nursing Home Manager**
- To manage all aspects of the home to ensure that CQC regulations and policies are adhered to at all times.
- To oversee the financial budgets and staffing for the home.
- To ensure that the safety and dignity of service users is upheld at all times.
- To oversee staff supervisions and staff development.
- To enable service users to live as independently as possible.
- To promote values and standards of the service provider.
**Skills required - Registered Nursing Home Manager**
- You will need to have previous experience as a Care Home Manager or a similar senior role within the care industry.
- A Registered PIN would be desirable but is not essential for the role.
- Must have previous experience with complex needs and rehabilitation.
- Must be a commutable distance from Tipton, West Midlands
