Company Description
**Paid breaks, premium rate for hours worked after midnight until 8am. Tips included in wages which is paid every 4 weeks. Please be aware this position is working late afternoons, evenings and throughout the night until the early morning and includes weekends.**

We have numerous spaces available in our training academy. We are offering you the chance to be trained as a croupier over a 6 weeks period. Training is paid and on successful completion of the training academy, a permanent contract will be offered to successful applicants. Please be aware that we operate 24 hours a day so late shifts and weekend work will be required. No experience is necessary as full training will be given.

**Job Description**:
Grosvenor Casino, Broad Birmingham
- We are looking for Trainee Dealers to join our Birmingham - Broad St Casino. These are great opportunities for someone looking to start a new role in the coming weeks and we’ll welcome people with little or no experience within the gaming sector. All we ask is that you’re willing to learn some new skills, can display great customer service and are happy to work outside of the normal 9-5._

You will;
- Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in gaming
- Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
- Collaborate and work as part of the wider casino team
- Understand the games, payouts and who are our high value members
- Connect with first time customers, explaining how the games are run
- Follows guidance from the CADS, gaming supervisor and/or Pit boss to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service on the gaming floor
- Take part in the daily safe count ritual

**Qualifications**:

- A fantastic personality
- Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice.
- Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.

Additional Information
**Joining Incentive**

**£250 will be paid into your wages after you have been with our team for 3 months**

**A further £750 will be paid into your wages after 6 months service
