Permanent, Part-Time

**Salary**: £11,835

Hours: 20 hours per week (5 hours a day, rotas covers AM & PM shifts)

Location: Cathays Park Cardiff, CF10 3NQ
- Good communication skills
- Excellent professional telephone manner
- Bilingual ability - Welsh and English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems

You would be responsible for:

- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
- Handling VIP or High profile visitors in both Welsh and English language
- Processing visitor passes and logging appropriately
- Booking meeting room availability
- Date stamping and allocating post
- Scanning and filing documents on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensuring stationary levels are at required levels

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11,835.00 per year
