Mazars' National Bankruptcy are the market leaders in personal insolvency and have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Insolvency administrator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, flexible and self-motivated, who possesses strong communication skills to support the team, whilst building and developing knowledge around insolvency.

Responsibilities include
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing client reports, internal reviews and letters.
- Liaising with the Insolvency Service, solicitors, agents, banks, and individual third parties.
- Assisting with monitoring compliance and risk procedures.
- Adhering to statutory deadlines.
- Providing general administrative support to the senior members of the team using Microsoft Office and specialist insolvency software.
- Liaising with creditors and dealing with creditor claims.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

Person Specification
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace.
- Relevant work experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Proficient and competent in using MS Office.
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work focusing on attention to detail.
- Good, numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
- Organised and methodical with proven planning and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative to strict deadlines and under pressure.
- Must be a fast learner, enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.

Within the administrative support function, there will understandably be a requirement for a presence within the office. This will need to be managed in order to ensure that an appropriate level of cover is maintained at all times to meet the needs of the firm, team and clients.
