Airfreight Forwarder

**My client are a global freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Export clerk to join their expanding team You must have previous airfreight background in either imports OR exports.**

**Daily duties will include**:

- Managing import / export shipments from start - finish from quotation through to delivery
- Quotations
- Booking shipments with carriers
- Processing all shipping documentation including MAWB, HAWB, BOL and CMR
- Adhere to destination specific documentation requirements ensuring compliance
- Handling queries
- Ensure dangerous goods procedures are followed
- Updating customers
- Managing post flights

**Requirements**:

- Experience in airfreight operations import and export
- Experience handling dangerous goods shipments is advantageous
- Comprehensive understanding of import and export customs procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of ASM Sequoia or other freight software

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
