MAIN DUTIES
- Manage sourdough culture: Regularly feed and maintain starter for optimal health and flavour.
- Traditional techniques: Follow established methods for dough mixing and fermentation.
- Hand shaping skills: Precisely shape different types of loaves, ensuring tension for ideal texture.
- Oven expertise: Skilfully operate oven, using techniques like steam injection and timing for desired crust and crumb.
- Quality control: Maintain consistent quality by closely monitoring each stage, recording outcomes, and adjusting as

needed.WHATS OFFERED
- £32k to £35k per year

- 5 days out of 7, Inc Friday nights
- 8 Hours per shift (40 hours per week)
- Shift time is 3pm to 11pmREQUIREMENTS
- YOU MUST have at least 1 year of experience making real sourdough bread the traditional way
- YOU MUST be able to skilfully hand-shape baguettes
- YOU MUST have experience with oven operations and using a peel
- YOU MUST be fit & strong enough to handle the job-
