**We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team**

**wk contracts limited is a full-service solar company that installs, services, and maintains solar systems in the state of Oregon. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company.**

**Duties Include**:

- Performing routine maintenance on solar systems
- Maintaining clean working environments for our customers
- Ensuring that the work performed meets or exceeds quality standards
- Providing timely and accurate service support to ensure the safety of our customers and the system is functioning properly
- Ensuring that the work performed meets or exceeds quality standards
- Ensuring that the work performed meets or exceeds quality standards
- Assisting with training new employees field staff members technicians technicians
- Other duties as assigned trained

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, service manuals, and other technical documents. Solar training will be provided.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively. Solar training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme rain, extreme wind, and snow. Solar training will be provided.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and effectively. Solar training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
