This company specialises in the production of biogas through the process of anaerobic digestion at a number of sites across Scotland and in addition to several major sites under construction they have a number more in their pipeline to be developed across 2023.They have also just secured several major partnerships in England so will be growing the business across the whole of the UK in the coming years.
In this role you will be working closely alongside the company's HSE Manager to play a vital function in the Compliance Department where you will be responsible for assisting heavily regulated COMAH sites with all aspects of HSE compliance, policy implementationand staff training.

The role:

- Undertaking HSE training such as NEBOSH qualification
- Supporting various company sites with implementation of HSE policies and long-term strategy
- Carrying out monthly audits of sites to ensure adherence to action plans and policies
- Training in Accident/Incident Investigations and associated reporting methods
- Contributing to wider development of compliance roadmap and policy development
The person:

- Educated to Degree level in a STEM or Environmental discipline
- Previous knowledge of H&S regulations/procedures (advantageous)
- Full UK driving license and comfortable with occasional travel to sites across Scotland
