**The Opportunity**:
These are valued roles within a wider team of professional services staff responsible for the University's academic governance (Senate and its committees), educational policy and regulations, academic quality & standards, and student case-work (student discipline, academic appeals, and complaints).

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability work under pressure with attention to detail and time management skills

Proven ability to work with highly sensitive information and situations, including distressed students, with empathy, understanding and confidentiality
