**Job Summary**

A brilliant opportunity for highly motivated individuals to obtain a training contract. You must be highly motivated, dedicated and and have the hunger to self learn and develop yourself within in a established firm. Previous experience in any areas of Law will be considered. Experience running housing disrepair cases is a bonus.

**Responsibilities and Duties will include**:
1. Managing a case load of Claimant files 100+ and assisting with other team members caseloads where required

2. Progressing all files proactively towards settlement

3. Supporting preparation of cases for litigation and any hearings

1. A strong understanding of the Pre-action Protocol for RTA’s and the Civil Procedure Rules1998 will be required.

2. The ability to work with and achieve settlement targets on a consistent basis

3. Experience of litigation within any discipline and have demonstrable experience of dealing with high volumes of cases.

4.Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines

5.Excellent communication skills /Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

- Well organised and an excellent eye for detail
- Proactive, driven and ambitious
- Strong interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of RTA law
- A proven and demonstrable track record in identifying and resolving legal issues.

This is a 4 day week position Mon-Thurs.
