Sacco Mann
Sacco Mann are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive to join a reputable firm of Solicitors in central Leeds. The team have a great reputation across Yorkshire and beyond and have gone from strength to strength with exciting growth plans in place for the coming years. The role would suit a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' relevant property experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, licenses, and deeds.
- Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and third parties to ensure the smooth progress of transactions and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide legal support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and assisting with their professional development.
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients to represent their interests effectively and provide strategic advice.
- Stay abreast of changes in commercial property legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organised case files, documentation, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' commercial property experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law, including relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in conducting negotiations and representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Proficient in legal research, using relevant databases and resources.
