Carpet Fitter

The Carpet Stop are looking for experienced carpet fitters to join there existing teams to cover the increased demand in work.

In order to be successful for the Carpet Fitter role you need to have the following skills**:

- Good practical skills including domestic carpets, vinyl and floor preparation.
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills to work out measurements and costs
- To be physically fit to carry heavy carpet rolls
- A polite and pleasant manner for dealing with customers
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- To be aware of health and safety issues
- Full UK driver licence
- At least 2 years previous experience within a Carpet Fitter / Floor layer role

full time and part time positions available

the role will involve travelling between Derby (where our central warehouse is based) and the Sheffield/South Yorkshire area

**Salary**: £200.00-£350.00 per day
