Rota Co-ordinator

We are looking for a rota coordinator to work within our new, expanded, division-wide e-rostering team based at Wycombe hospital but occasionally at Stoke Mandeville, utilising Health Rota software to consistently provide both safe and effective medical staffing, while improving the flexibility of rostering for our medical workforce.
We're keen to recruit an individual who is a problem solver, IT literate and keen to work as part of a team.
Integrated Medicine at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has been at the forefront of the rollout of e-rostering for clinicians within the Trust, and we're keen to advance our work in becoming a flexible-first employer.
