Being A Room Attendant at Campanile hotel Liverpool

Working at Campanile hotels means working in a small but happy and tight-knit team. We work together to ensure our guests feel at home and most importantly, enjoy their stay with us. You’ll be a natural team player and be able to see the bigger picture in an environment where there is always something happening. You never have a second chance to give a first impression. Room Attendants work behind the scenes to create the wow factor. We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual, who has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.

As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:

- Implement & respect chain's SOP
- Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
- Register stock in & out
- Organise linen & welcome product stores
- Refill housekeeping trolley
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department
- Ensure guest safety

Knowledge and skills required:
Training
- Basic knowledge of hospitality

Experience
- One-year experience in hospitality

Expertise

- Ability to understand and follow guidelines
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Conversational English
- Basic housekeeping technical skills
