Our client is a leading company based in Northwood, specializing in providing innovative solutions and services to the education sector. **Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Assistant in the EdTech space, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts of our client's organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote their EdTech products and services. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and contribute to the company's continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement creative marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into the EdTech industry, target audience, and competitors, providing valuable inputs to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Support the organization and execution of marketing events, webinars, and workshops to showcase the company's products and services.
- Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and brochures.
- Assist in managing the marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in EdTech marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for marketing and a genuine interest in the education sector and EdTech advancements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
