**ASB Officer vacancy waiting to be filled**

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

**Position: ASB Officer**

**Location: Leeds**

**Rate: Negotiable depending on experience**

**Hours: 37.5 hours p/week**

**Length: 3 months ongoing**

**The role will predominantly involve**:

- Being responsible for visiting tenants to investigate cases further and taking detailed witness statements
- Dealing with cases from low level noise nuisance to more serious cases of racial hate crime drug crime and incidents involving gun crime
- Liaising with various external agencies including the Police, Social Services, Children’s Services, ethnic groups and youth groups
- Referring cases for legal action including carrying out a cost benefit analysis ensuring that the course of action is worth taking
