Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Perform carpentry tasks, including repairs, maintenance and construction projects.
- Carry out general handyman tasks such as low level plumbing, electrical work, painting and other maintenance duties.
- Safely operate and maintain tractors and other large farm vehicles for various farming activities.
- Assist with farm duties such as livestock care, crop maintenance and general farm operations.
- Undertake general maintenance and repair tasks across the farm property.
- Be part of a team to ensure the smooth functioning of daily farm activities.
- Work alongside children and young people with various additional needs, providing support and guidance when necessary.
- Proven experience in carpentry, general handyman work, and farm operations.
- Valid driving licence is essential, driving and experience operating heavy farming machinery is desirable.
- Knowledge of basic farm duties and the ability to work effectively in an agricultural environment.
- Strong skills in maintenance and repair work
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Patience, understanding and empathy when working with young people, volunteers and staff.

We are based on a 230-acre arable farm in North Marston, Buckinghamshire with a wide variety of animals connected with the care farm side of the business. On occasion you will be supporting a small group of adults & young people as they get involved in the farm and animal activities.

Experience with driving agricultural machinery with PA1 & PA2 certification desirable.
