The Role

I am currently partnering with a fantastic charity who are looking for an experienced HR Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract to join their team. This role is not your average generalist postion as the charity embarks on a number of projects driven fromHR.
- Contribute to the people strategy, building employer brand awareness, and supporting line managers to promote best practice within the charity.
- Provide leadership to a small but self sufficient team whilst providing the delivery of their objectives in line with agreed standards, processes and procedures.
- A contribution and delivery of upcoming HR projects whilst working closely with the CEO
- Providing up to date HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in relation to employment law, and implementing charity policies and procedures including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance and absence management.
- Coach and guide line managers to enable them to tackle organisational and employee issues including departmental restructures, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

This position will include travel to various sites within the North West.

CIPD Level 7 qualified would be desirable.
