*Essential Qualifications:*
- Strong understanding of trading fundamentals and a credible background in finance
- Verifiable *public track record *of past trades (both profitable and unprofitable)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex trading concepts to beginners
- Experience with algorithmic trading is a plus *Core Responsibilities:*
- Deliver our generic trading program targeted at those new to algorithmic trading
- Instruct alongside two other experienced traders
- Conduct 2-3 programs per month for retail investors
- Adapt teaching style to accommodate various types of learners
- Address different types of questions and group content effectively *Key Attributes:*

- Ability to break down complex concepts into digestible information
