A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist/coordinator to join our established luxury car storage emporium. As a leading provider of vehicle prop hire, film and photographic studios, event space, and conference suites, our company offers unparalleled services to clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and affluent environment, catering to an exclusive clientele.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Managing and coordinating day to day front and back of house operational activities.
- Discretion: Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.
- Operations: Collaborate with management to conduct site visits, liaise with contractors, and generate accurate monthly reports
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary. A pleasant and articulate phone manner is crucial.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Proven ability to multitask effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines while maintaining an elevated level of composure and professionalism.
- Technology proficient: Skills in using standard office software and familiarity with operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail accuracy when handling administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records.
- Microsoft office competent: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Key requirements:

- 3+ years in an administrative or office support role.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multitasking and organisational skills.
- Software and technical abilities.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to adapt to business requirements, solve problems proactively and identify trends.
- Full UK driving license, no previous driving convictions.

Job description:

- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full time 08:30am - 17:30pm
- Availability: Weekdays including some Weekends
- Pay: £27,000.00 per year
