- Your coding experience might be in SQL, Python, R, SAS, Stata or another analysis tool
- You will be able to create visualisations that give insight into what the data tells you either in a tool like PowerBI, or tableau, or in a visualisation package like seaborn in python

Whatever your tool of choice you will have extensive experience of data analytics understanding how to manipulate data as needed, use it to understand how it relates to what going on in the business and deliver powerful insights
- You’ll be great at working with different business areas to really understand what they need from the data asking challenging questions to truly understand the problem and proposing solutions which are simple and powerful

**What’s in it for you? **
- This is a chance to join the team at a point where we are transforming what we dso and really be a part of shaping what that look like
- We’re a team that is focused on creating a learning environment both through individual training and by creating opportunities for our data analysts, data engineers and data scientists to learn from each other
- The size of the organisation means we are big enough to have a multi-disciplined data team but small enough to look after data from the across the organisation spanning technical systems data, customer data and core business transactions
